What if the product I want is out of stock?

You can sign up for back in stock notifications on your favorite products that are currently out of stock by using the “Notify Me” button on the product page. You can also sign up for our mailing list to get updates on new drops and restocks!

How do I know what size to order?

When will I get my refund?

Refunds may take 2-5 business days to appear in your account after they are processed.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How do I process a return?

We ship anywhere within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.


What countries do you ship to?

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase on all orders except final sale items and custom gear. To make a return, click the following link: PROCESS MY RETURN You will need your order number and the email address or zip code used at the time of checkout to complete the return process. How fast will my order ship?

You can select one of our 3 shipping methods at checkout. Price will vary depending on location. Shipping dates are estimates only and are subject to change.


We currently offer 3 shipping methods:

USPS Ground Advantage (Standard)
USPS Priority Mail (Fast)
USPS Priority Mail Express (Fastest)


When will my retail order ship?

We process and ship all retail orders in 2-3 business days.
Note: Some of our apparel is custom printed and requires additional processing time. Custom printed apparel is noted in the description of the product. Please be aware, these orders typically ship within 10 business days, but from time to time (holidays, peak season), it might require a little more time.


How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information sent to the address you provided during checkout. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking details to be updated once the carrier picks up your shipment. If you have a Compound Sportswear account, you can view your tracking information by logging in, clicking on the profile icon, and selecting the order you wish to track.
